Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Welcome to the Cookout at the Vineyard! Below you’ll find the answers to our most common questions regarding our three-day celebration in Sonoma County, CA.

General Event Information

CATV is a premier three-day FUNdraiser dedicated to celebrating Cookout Culture while generating vital funds for The Veraison Project (TVP), a non-profit organization. We bring together top talent in food, wine, music, and spirits to highlight diversity and inclusion in the hospitality industry.

TVP supports underrepresented professionals in the wine and hospitality sectors. A portion of every ticket and sponsorship goes directly to funding our core initiatives: Apprenticeship Programs (career development) and Future Leaders Programs (mentorship and education).

The event will take place over three days: Thursday, June 11th through Saturday, June 13th, 2026, in Sonoma County, CA. Our events are held at various esteemed wineries and venues across the region TBA!

We suggest Casual/Chic attire, pop out for the culture but be mindful that the events are held outdoors (grass, dirt or gravel).

Tickets, Passes, and What’s Included

We offer three primary types of tickets to fit your schedule:

  1. 3-Day Pass: Access to all events (Thursday Mix & Mash, Friday Block Party, and Saturday Cookout).
  2. 2-Day Pass (Fri & Sat): Access to the Friday Block Party and the Saturday Cookout.
  3. Single-Day Passes: Separate tickets available for Thursday Only, Friday Only, and Saturday Only events.

All tickets are all-inclusive for the events they cover food, beverages, tastings, music, and of course the vibes!

Yes, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older to attend any of the three days, without exception. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

We strive to accommodate all dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and severe allergies. It is essential that you list all dietary restrictions and allergies in the dedicated notes field during the checkout process when purchasing your ticket. This information is passed directly to our culinary team and featured chefs, allowing us to prepare a safe and delicious meal option for you.

As this event is a FUNdraiser for The Veraison Project, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot offer exchanges or transfers between event dates. Special circumstances may apply, please email catv@theveraisonproject.com.
